If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers. We also collect workout logs, body measurements, and other fitness-related data you enter into the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our fitness tracking services, generate personalized workout plans, enable communication between trainers and members, process payments, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. Biometric data (fingerprint/Face ID) is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Google and Apple for optional social authentication, and OpenAI for AI-powered workout generation. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
5. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your profile settings. You may also request a complete export or deletion of your data by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use a locale preference cookie to remember your language setting. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
